Our Services

SB Pools provides comprehensive pool inspections supported by fully detailed written reports. Each inspection is performed by a trained technician who documents every component of the pool system, including structural elements, finishes, accessories, and mechanical equipment.

Our inspection process includes:

• Full pool structure review — shell, liner, tile, coping, steps, benches, and all visible surfaces

• Accessories & features — slides, toys, water features, ladders, rails, and safety equipment

• Mechanical room assessment — pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing lines, valves, automation systems, and circulation performance

• Chemical balance verification — optional testing for proper ratios, water clarity, and sanitation levels

• Client‑requested focus points — any specific concerns or areas the owner wants evaluated

• Extensive photo documentation — the technician captures as many photos as needed to support the findings

• Detailed written report — outlining pool life expectancy, deficiencies, recommended repairs, and maintenance priorities

Every inspection is designed to give the client a clear understanding of the pool’s condition, remaining lifespan, and any issues that may affect safety, performance, or future costs. Reports are delivered promptly and formatted for easy reading, professional use, and long‑term record keeping.

• Tile and liner pool care

• Waterpark and commercial facility operations

• Chemical balancing and water quality management

• Mechanical system checks — pumps, filters, heaters, automation, circulation

• Scheduled service plans — weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly, or custom intervals

• One‑time service calls — for clients who need occasional professional support

Every visit is performed by trained technicians who follow consistent procedures, document findings, and ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and fully operational.
